“Belonging” at Oli is about everyone being comfortable with being different. You might be in a friend group, but it doesn’t mean that you’re all the same. Oliverian is full of students who are different and quirky and creative and interesting and smart, and maybe have been told that they don’t belong. But at Oli they belong because they’re different. And we the staff show them that. We’re all different, and we all really work well together, and we show our individuality, and we respect each other for that.
