My Place in the World
Physical Therapist, Bachelors of Science from Stetson University, Doctor of Physical Therapy from Florida International University, Interests are playing piano, ice hockey, fitness, professional development. I work in private practice and specialize in spine rehab in Boca Raton, Florida and am the Director of the Physical Therapy Department.

I am very self driven and am constantly trying to improve myself physically and mentally.

​My People
I always considered by self an introvert until I got to oliverian where I realized my role as a leader and friend. I helped a lot of people get through some tough times at oliverian.

​My Purpose
I want to have a family and leave this world knowing that I contributed something and set myself apart from the rest.

Best Oli Memory
My best Oliverian memory was summer school of 2005 when me and a small group of students built a log cabin from scratch.  It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I grew up a somewhat sheltered kid from Boca Raton, FL and had an opportunity to do something that I would NEVER have experienced anywhere else. That was the very beginning of my Oliverian experience and I ended up staying for my final 2 years of high school and made many friends that I still keep in touch with today.

Best thing about Oli
The best thing about Oliverian is the small knit community and the setting. I went at a time when smart phones were just gaining popularity but none of us had one. We were able to focus on the simpler things in life and appreciate nature. From mountain climbing, rock climbing, gardening, white water rafting, skiing, and tending to the cattle, we all were able to build on our personable relationships and communication skills. It is not an opportunity many get anywhere.

Why I Needed Oliverian
I needed Oliverian to get out of the bubble which was South Florida. I needed to realize what a majority of the country is like and how to become more independent. I was reluctant to be sent to a foreign area at first, but I quickly gained friendships and role models that have shaped me into the person I am today. I would not have the qualities or the personality I have today if not for Oliverian.

Why the World Needs Oliverian
The world needs Oliverian because there are too many teenagers growing up without a sense of self or skills to build on for the future. Oliverian helps to realize your full potential and helps it expand. It gets teenagers away from the monotony of everyday life and shows you that there is much more out there to appreciate and explore.
