We are thrilled to welcome Amber, our new Executive Chef! Amber is not only a celebrated local chef, but she also holds a Master’s degree in Conservation Biology and has experience teaching youth. Her recent work includes opening and running Blue Sparrow Kitchen in Norwich, VT, followed by The Nest Kitchen & Cafe in Hanover, NH. We couldn’t be happier to have her as part of the Oli family!
