Melissa Moulton

Housekeeping

Melissa was drawn to Oliverian because she was excited to work with a tight-knit community of students and staff. Melissa enjoys being able to use both her experience as a cleaning professional and her knowledge in the human services field.

Melissa has been professionally cleaning in the Upper Valley for about ten years, including running her own cleaning business. She has an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and has studied at Springfield College of Human Services towards her Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in addiction studies. Melissa was a case manager and Apprentice Substance Abuse Counselor at a court diversion program, addiction treatment center, and high school. She has also worked as a special education paraprofessional and in early childhood programs.
Melissa grew up in Enfield, NH, but now lives in Bradford, Vermont. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to be outdoors as much possible, especially during the warmer months. Melissa enjoys many different activities, but her favorites include taking a good walk and both downhill and cross country skiing.

What do you love most about Oliverian?
“I love working with the kids and staff. They are kind, helpful, and fun to spend the work day with! ”

What motivates you to work with kids?
“I have worked with kids in many different settings, and I like to try and help them in any way I can, even if all I can do in the moment is be friendly. My teenager years were not the easiest and have raised four children of my own.”
