Oscar Erwin, Dorm Parent, was born and raised on a blueberry farm in Indiana where he cultivated his passion for the outdoors. He has a degree in music composition and completed graduate work in music theory. Oscar earned his BS from Manchester University and his MA from the University of Southern Mississippi, majoring in music. Between boarding schools, teaching opportunities, and camps, Oscar has been working with young adults since 2009. He enjoys playing piano, composing, reading, and traveling. Oscar is very excited to be a part of the Oliverian community to share his passion for music with students and faculty.
