At Oli, we don’t hold the student to who they have been in the past, we hold them to how they are presenting today. That gives students a lot more freedom to try on a lot of different identities and see who they like and what they like. They’re not boxed in by someone’s perceived notions of them or the color of their hair, but what are their actions and how are they presenting to the world in this moment. We don’t care so much about what they did last week, or what they did a year ago, it’s what they’re doing right now.
